Key Responsibilities
- Order Verification & Entry: Ensure all pre-order details are complete; validate technical and customer information.
- Customer Data Management: Confirm site readiness, customer contacts, product details, and delivery requirements.
- Order Provisioning: Complete order information, coordinate provisioning, and manage exception orders.
- Documentation & CSR: Validate Customer Service Record (CSR) data for VOIP orders and ensure order accuracy.
- Escalation & Resolution: Address fallout issues and rejections, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure successful activation.
- Reporting & Vendor Coordination: Oversee order completion, update quotes, and manage partner/vendor communications.
Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Any graduate.
- Experience: 4+ years in telecom Order Management.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of Telecommunications, Networking Technologies, and SFDC tools.
- Skills: Strong customer service focus, critical thinking, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.
