- KYC document verication
- Post Account opening demographic changes – Contact, DOB and Address
- Activation & Deactivation of trading account
- Deactivation of noncompliance clients – Dormant database
- PAN AADHAR seeding verication process for trade allowance.
- Solving dealers and branch queries.
- Coordination with internal & external department.
- Preparation of various MIS
