Position Objective
To drive Merchant Acquiring Business by onboarding and managing corporate merchants, building long-term relationships, and achieving sustained revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Drive corporate merchant acquisition and ensure strong customer retention

Proactively identify new business prospects and support overall business development

Build and manage long-term relationships with corporate merchants

Own merchant management and ensure high service levels

Coordinate with internal teams and Technical Service Providers (TSPs) for prompt merchant support

Devise and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve short-, medium-, and long-term sales goals

Apply strong business acumen to deliver customized payment solutions that create value for clients
