🎯 Role: Accounting Officer – Shared Services (R2R)

Experience Required: 3–8 years in General Ledger / Financial Reporting
Department: Finance & Accounts (Shared Services)
Industry: KPO / Shared Services / Financial Services
Shift: Flexible (including nights and weekends)

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced reconciliations and prepare monthly reports (e.g., prepayments, accruals, restructuring)
• Provide analysis and adjustment recommendations to corporate finance teams
• Prepare and review monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations
• Submit monthly financials to SAP
• Understand and use HFM for financial analysis and reporting
• Perform statutory reconciliation and income statement analysis
• Ensure compliance with information security and control protocols

🧠 Skills Required:

• Strong general ledger and double-entry accounting knowledge
• Experience with financial ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Macro programming in Excel is a plus
• Effective communication skills (written & verbal)
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities

🎓 Educational Qualifications:

• UG: B.Com
• PG: M.Com / CA (Pursuing or Semi-qualified – 1st/2nd Attempt) / ICWA / MBA (Finance)
