Job Role or Description
- Research information and troubleshoot problems using available resources. Proper record keeping including records and references of sample approval received from customer / Byers. Should be willing to work in shifts at a later date whenever required. Be the first point of contact to handle and resolve customer complaints. We are hiring Graduate candidates only for BPO. The executive is responsible for processing all the orders through the system. Collection of customer feedback at defined intervals as defined in the QMS procedure to understand the customer perceptions regarding the product quality and services.
