Job Role or Description

• Lead process delivery with Retail finance and Ecom Tower for particular business Channel
• Complete ownership of operation delivery at SSC for his/her business channel as per defined SLA and Governance
• Review and report performance. Participating & presenting monthly Operational reviews with Channel Business CFOs & Controllership reviews
• Align individual and team performance with shared services operations performance objectives
• Manage systems / automations, process and workflow improvements and enhancements pertaining to his/ her team
• Review and ensure compliance of internal controls, Audits at SSC
• Implementation of all assigned agendas & action items of various business reviews
• Responsible for developing and reporting operational metrics, SLAs and identifying opportunities for improving operations and services
• Responsible for directly supervising his/ her teams Leads
• Supporting new transitions & Mergers of new Business segments
