Job Role or Description
- Corporate Planning: To support management in terms of preparing business plans, Rolling Forecast, Profit analysis & reporting, Budget management based on overall business strategy, monitoring and reviewing the business progress / achievement against targets. Provide insights to management to maximize revenue, profits and market share. Profit Management: To lead profitability management team & deliver results related to business plans, Rolling Forecast, Profit analysis & reporting, monitoring and reviewing the business progress / achievement against targets. Provide insights to management to maximize revenue & profit. Resource Management: To lead resource management team & deliver results related to Budget management (Trade scheme & consumer promotion, Marketing, overhead & investment budget) with an objective of optimum utilization of resources & invest company resources based on productivity & ROI. KPI Management: To support management in terms of Setting objective based KPI evaluation mechanism for all sales functions, defining evaluation parameter & periodic evaluation. Tracking & analysis of market share. Identification of improvement plan & progress review. Regional Profit Management: To lead Region & channel profit management team & deliver results related to region/branch, channel & account profit analysis & reporting. Co-work with Sales team in improving performance of loss making account & bottom branches Operational: Preparation & Roll out annual operating plan, P&L Reporting, Variance analysis, strengthening working capital dashboards, Cash flow & Business forecasts to Management.
