RBL Bank is seeking a highly experienced Workforce Management (WFM) Leader to join our FP&A team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in WFM Analytics and Reporting, with additional expertise in the Payables Process.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelors, MBA or Advance Degree equivalent.
- 10-15 years of Experience in WFM analytics, insight generation, and analytical solutioning.
- Statistical techniques for Prediction, Forecasting and analysis
- Team Management and Stakeholder Management.
- Solid data analysis skills; Demonstrated experiences in data story-telling and interpreting data.
- Manage a team of forecasters & Payables Team with varying levels of experience, mentoring and developing their skills.
