Educational Qualification

Experience Required
- 4–9 years of overall experience.
- Minimum 2 years of Oracle Planning experience.
- Experience in at least two Oracle Planning implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into technology-enabled Oracle EPM solutions.
- Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, planning, and financial analysis.
- Build best practices for planning, forecasting, and reporting using Oracle EPM Planning.
- Participate in the complete project lifecycle from requirement gathering to project closure.
- Design end-to-end Oracle Planning solutions.
- Lead project teams and mentor junior consultants.
- Manage client and stakeholder communication throughout project delivery.
- Configure and implement Oracle EPM Planning applications.
- Work on application validation, security, calculations, outlines, load rules, Smart View, web forms, and partitions.
- Support data conversion, integration, reconciliation, and reporting activities.
