Job Description/Skills Required
- – Fair Knowledge of financial concepts like Invoice management lifecycle, Pay-order Management, Accruals Management etc. – Understanding of Contract Management with basic knowledge of Contractual documents – Monitor Project costing to seek on-going approvals from Project Managers and proactively highlight any issues / concern – Maintain processes to ensure project management documentation, reports and plans are relevant, accurate and complete Experience – At least 5 years of experience in PMO/Finance Operations, preferably qualified with a Commerce / Accounting background – Providing Innovative solutions to PMO Lead by challenging the current process and procedures Skills – Proficiency in MS Excel for designing, preparing and publishing reports to relevant stakeholders as per defined frequency – Good verbal and written Communication skills as interaction with multiple vendors across globe, understanding their concerns and providing optimal and timely solutions
