Job Details

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to insurance companies on behalf of healthcare providers to verify insurance eligibility and claim status.
• Follow up on outstanding insurance claims to ensure timely reimbursement.
• Handle collections by contacting insurance companies regarding overdue claims.
• Perform denial management by identifying reasons for claim rejections and initiating corrective actions.
• Communicate with clients regarding invoices, payment status, and account balances.
• Maintain quality standards while processing medical billing transactions.
• Update claim information accurately in the billing system.

Eligibility Criteria

• Any undergraduate degree.
• 2024, 2025, and 2026 graduates are eligible.
• Freshers only.
