Job Description
Rol
- To prepare Risk & Control Matrix and facilitate Risk & Control Self- Assessment (RCSA) for various functions across entities in Financial services
- To Collate details and publish ORM dashboard on Monthly basis
- To draw inferences from the KRI performance and implement required action plans
- To conduct process reviews, control testing, etc. and monitor implementation of mitigation strategies
- To conduct causal analysis for reported Operational Risk Incidents (if any)
- To assist business units and support functions to assess and manage their operational risks
- To conduct operational risk assessment for all new products and partnerships
- To review SOPs etc process documents from time to time.
- To follow-up and collate the outcomes of Branch self assessment checklist
- To update Branch self assessment checklist from time-to-time basis relevance
- To manage the Policy repository- including setting reminders and following up on various organization policies.e & responsibilities
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate with 8+ years or Postgraduate with 6+ years of experience in financial sector
- CA or other equivalent professional qualification will be an advantage
