Job Description/Skills Required
- To be able to follow process SOP/guidelines for every service transaction.
- To be able to comprehend the ask accurately and follow protocol for resolution including recording notes on specified format and re-routing to L2 support as and when needed as per SOP.
- Highly accountable for the scope of defined KRA and beyond, to ensure best experience for both external and internal stakeholders.
- Accuracy, attention to detail and judgment skills.
- Aptitude to comprehend articles and good analytical skills
- Interest in current affairs/news is preferred
- Ability to multitask
- A flexible mindset to be able to accommodate any change which may be shift/process/product etc.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel for maintaining needed reports.
- Should be able to able to read, write and speak (Language, English )
- Good Knowledge on Internet
- The ability to work in 24*7 shifts
- 5 day working, rotational weekly off
- The ability to work in a team environment & contribute
- Excellent navigational and multi-tasking skills on the computer
- Good Listening/Understanding Skills
- Handle queries/troubleshooting on assigned reviews within Service Level Agreement
