Role
He/she will play a vital role in maintaining the financial integrity of our organization. Your daily responsibilities will include posting sales invoices, processing customer receipts, and releasing customer orders. You will also handle supplier invoice entries for non-purchase orders and ensure accurate entry of customer payments
Responsibilities
Daily:
- Sales Invoice Posting
- Customer Receipts Mail
- Customer Order Release
- Supplier Invoice Entry (NON-PO)
- Customer Payment Entry
- Travel Voucher Checking & Entry in IFS
Fortnight:
Customer Outstanding
Monthly:
- Bank Reconciliation
- Purchase Register
- TDS Working & Payment
- TCS Working & Payment
- Quarterly TDS Return
- Quarterly TCS Return
- Journal Voucher entry
- Debit Note/ Credit Note
- Having GST Basic Knowledge for accounting only.
- Customer Ledger Scrutiny/ Reconciliation
- Supplier Ledger Scrutiny / Reconciliation
Requirement
- Age between 21 to 26 years
- Knowledge of MS Word MS excel, and PowerPoint is mandatory.
- Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance.
- Familiarity with accounting software IFS and SAP.
