Job Responsibilities:
- Invoice Management: Checking bills against purchase orders, Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt (GR/IR), and ensuring compliance with company policies, purchase order terms, and SOPs.
- GST Compliance: Ensure GST benefits, discounts, and payment terms are correctly applied, including adjusting late delivery penalties.
- Asset Verification: Conduct timely physical verification of all assets as per the planned schedule.
- Receipts Management: Ensure all receipts are accurately accounted for on a day-to-day basis, with proper invoice checks.
- Commission Payments: Timely and accurate commission payments to distributors after proper verification.
- Cash Flow Forecasting: Accurately forecast daily and monthly cash inflows and report them timely to the manager.
- Receivables Management: Follow up with the Supply Chain Management team for periodic sales closing and ensure that all receivables are recovered by the due date.
