💼 Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer queries for credit card transactions, account maintenance, and Tier 1 online support.
- Provide professional, polite, and accurate assistance to customers.
- Update customer records while handling calls.
- Analyze customer issues and take appropriate action.
- Escalate complaints as per standard procedures.
- Maintain quality service and adhere to brand standards.
- Complete all documentation accurately for each interaction.
✅ Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Minimum typing speed of 25 WPM with 95% accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Professional and pleasant communication style.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends if required.
- Prior customer service/call center experience preferred (Freshers welcome).
