Walk-In Interview Details:

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end accounting including finalization of accounts

• Application of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS), Schedule VI, and Income Tax

• Preparation and review of MIS reports, scrutiny of general ledger

• Handling TDS, GST, Professional Tax, payroll, and other client compliances

• Identifying accounting/legal issues and ensuring full adherence to client policies

• Coordinating with internal teams, bankers, and stakeholders

• Monitoring client funds and ensuring billing and recovery

• Managing client relationships with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance

Team Management:

• Leading a small team of 2–3 members

• Daily planning, task allocation, and monitoring of deliverables

• Coaching and guiding junior staff members for high-quality output

Candidate Profile:

• Education: CA qualified (mandatory)

• Strong review and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and client-handling abilities

• Solid understanding of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance frameworks

• Exposure to consulting or multi-client environments is preferred

• Ready to work from office in a day-shift model
