Primary

• Good knowledge about Payroll Processing Structuring the salaries and processing the salary
• Good knowledge of PF, ESI, LWF and statutory compliances
• Knowledge of income payroll related tax knowledge
• Working knowledge of Ex-Pat Salary
• Reviewing the work of the team members
• Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll
• Verification and reconciliation of monthly payroll

Secondary

• Basic knowledge about MS Office-especially Excel
• Good written and verbal communication
• Email usage-preferably MS Outlook
• Team management and allocation of routine work
• Client management
