Job Role or Description
- – Ensure effective delivery as well has adherence to defined timelines. Drive the preparation of financial statements and ensure accuracy and compliance to all internal and external guidelines. Participate in HO reviews. Ensure effective management of Fixed assets in line with the internal and external guidelines (e-waste laws on disposal for example). Drive periodic audits to ascertain and close any gaps between the physical status of the assets and the asset master record. Zero debtors mindset – Ensure no overdues at month end. Work towards reducing direct party receivables by coordinating with HO, 4C and the OT team. Leverage digital in collections – Enhance reach of CF program, collaborate with Bank to onboard new distributors in the Channel Finance Program. Drive cost savings and optimization of structural cost. Work closely with supply chain to optimize FDC/VDC cost across DCs. Ensure balance sheet integrity and timely closure of open line items Month end, Quarter end and Year end reporting to Head Office including relevant schedules, business comments and addressing queries. Perform key checks and ensure efficacy of controls via periodic self audits and adherence to IACL checklist. Drive efficiency and compliance in DC operations and processes by ensuring timely DC audits and adherence to material handling checklists. Stakeholder Management – day to day interactions with Sales, Category, Supplychain, Distributors etc.
