Job description
- Role:- HR Intern

Roles and Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews.
- Prepare interview schedules, send out invitations, and follow up on candidate attendance.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications, and recruitment metrics.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-1 year of experience in talent acquisition or related field (freshers welcome).
- Strong communication skills in English; ability to work independently from home office setup.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel) for data management and reporting purposes.
Compensation & Benefits:
Stipend:
- First 6 months: 12,000 per month
- Next 6 months: 18,000 per month
- Full-Time Conversion: After 12 months, interns will be evaluated for a full-time role with a package of 4 LPA
