Junior Relationship Executive (JRE)

- Attend walk-in customers at branches
- Appraise gold jewellery as per company norms
- Verify and value collateral securities and documents
- Process loan documentation and financial services
- Cross-sell products and achieve targets
- Conduct field visits and business development activities
- Follow up with customers for interest collection
Customer Care Executive (CCE)
(Female candidates only)
- Perform 100+ tele-calls daily
- Generate gold loan leads through existing database and open market customers
- Coordinate with branch staff for closures
- Handle customer service operations

- B.Tech and MCA candidates are not eligible
