As a Branch Manager (Gold Loan), you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing branch operations, and ensuring superior customer service.
Key Responsibilities

Manage branch operations and gold loan sales

Lead and mentor the branch team to achieve business targets

Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI regulations

Build and maintain customer relationships

Drive profitability through efficient operations and team performance

Monitor loan disbursement, collections, and documentation
🎯 Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 5 years of experience in Banking / NBFC / Financial Services
-
Must have team-handling experience at the managerial level
-
Graduation is mandatory (B.Com, B.A, BBA, or equivalent)

Age: 30 – 45 years
-
Candidates from Insurance background will not be considered

Preference given to candidates with Gold Loan industry experience
