👉 Jr. Relationship Executive (Male Only):

Attend walk-in customers at the branch
-
Appraise gold jewellery as per company norms
-
Handle gold loan processing and documentation
-
Cross-sell other financial products
-
Conduct field visits and meet corporate clients
-
Maintain branch accounts and support audits
-
Follow up with customers via tele-calling
-
Coordinate with banks and prepare BRS reports
👉 Customer Care Executive (Female Only):

Handle walk-in customers at the branch
-
Tele-calling and interest collection follow-ups
-
Cross-sell financial products and services
-
Field visits for business development
-
Customer service and query resolution
