Job Description/Skills Required
- The Asst Operations Manager will lead a team of 80 to100 reps with team leads. Primary responsibility will be motivating, training and driving performance of the outbound and inbound customer service and back office representatives to meet and exceed goals on a consistent basis. We are looking for a HIGH ENERGY, sharp individual who has experience overseeing an inbound/outbound call center team with proven results. Role & Responsibilities: .Handle a team size of minimum 80 – 100 FTE ’s which includes Voice and Non-Voice operations .Set standards and guidelines for Inbound/Outbound customer service and Backoffice representatives .Manage the day–to day planning, operation and problem solving of multiple processes / lines of business to meet with the required service level components. .Manage the P & L of the Account to ensure smooth delivery, process improvements & profit maximization. .Coordinate with all support departments and manage relationships with key stakeholders .Manage policies, procedures and operating structure .Motivate and encourage team/team managers through positive communication and feedback .Respond to client escalations and special requests to meet department/company customer service and support goals .Review operational metrics and processes making recommendations and changes to improve efficiency within the organization using process improvement tools such as Six Sigma/Lean, Automation and other enhancement systems to drive continuous improvements .Ensure E-SAT and CSAT targets are achieved .Ensure quality and controls are in place and adhered to across all aspects of the deployed activities. .Ensure attrition is managed within Organizational targets
