💼 Job Description

Mphasis is hiring talented professionals for US Residential Mortgage Operations with hands-on experience in Pre and Post Closing audit functions.

You’ll work on validating mortgage loan files, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accuracy throughout the loan processing lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily loan pipeline and ensure timelines are met for closing

• Review documentation for income, employment, and assets (W2s, Paystubs, Bonus, Rental Income, etc.)

• Order verifications, follow up on missing documents, and ensure audit compliance

• Communicate file status and escalate discrepancies or fraud cases

• Collaborate with Underwriting and Risk teams

• Ensure adherence to company SLAs and compliance guidelines

• Deliver top-quality service to internal and external clients

🎓 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in US Residential Mortgage (Pre/Post Close Audit preferred)

• Strong knowledge of Mortgage guidelines

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, paperless environment

• Flexible to work in 24/7 rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends
