Job Description – Capital Market & Investment Banking (Back Office)
The selected candidates will process capital market brokerage documents for a US-based client in a non-voice BPS environment. Accuracy and strong financial knowledge are critical, as the role involves handling high-value financial transactions.
Mandatory Experience & Criteria
- Minimum 1 year and maximum 3 years of experience in Capital Markets / Investment Banking BPO
- Immediate joiners only
- Experience in Insurance domain is not allowed
- BE / B.Tech candidates are not eligible
Technical & Non-Technical Skills
- Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Excel Macros, Email Drafting)
- Typing speed of 30 WPM with 95% accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for client calls and onshore training
Process & Domain Skills
- Strong knowledge of US Stock Market & Capital Market concepts
- Good understanding of financial concepts, investments, accounting methods, and calculations
- Experience in reviewing documents, account status, receipts, payments, and distribution processing
- Handling high-value cash instruments and providing updates to brokerage advisors
- Strong analytical skills and quick learning ability
- 100% accuracy required due to financial impact of errors
- Willing to work US shifts (late evening/night) and overtime if required
