Important Notes:
- B.Tech/Engineering graduates are not eligible.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Process assigned back-office tasks within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Meet productivity, accuracy, quality, and schedule adherence targets.
- Understand client requirements and resolve queries through email communication.
- Follow company policies, compliance guidelines, and operational procedures.
- Perform data processing and documentation activities accurately.
- Work effectively in a team environment while maintaining high quality standards.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good analytical, logical, and reasoning abilities.
- Basic proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
- Good keyboard skills with a typing speed of 30 WPM and 90% accuracy.
