Mphasis is hiring for a US HR Coordinator role with strong Payroll Helpdesk expertise. The candidate will manage payroll-related due diligence, HRSC processes, and support new transitions effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business / Accounting / Finance or related field

2+ years experience in Canadian HRSC / Payroll processing & administration

Strong knowledge of federal & state payroll tax laws

Good understanding of payroll principles, benefits, onboarding & offboarding

Proficient in MS Office and quick learner of new systems

Strong analytical, problem-solving & decision-making skills
Key Responsibilities

Process payroll and perform HRSC due diligence

Manage non-payroll calendar activities
-
Coordinate with sites to identify pain points & improvement opportunities

Analyze risks in HRSC processes and work on mitigation & corrections
