Job Opening: Corporate Controller (CA / CPA)

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS).
• Managing internal controls and risk management processes.
• Leading finance teams and coordinating with auditors and external stakeholders.
• Providing strategic financial insights to drive business growth.

Job Requirements:

• -Preparation and timely filing the 10Ks/ Q’s and 8-Ks (SEC Reporting)
  -Handle the technical accounting matters for the Company.
  -Handle the direct and indirect tax matters of the Company
  -Well experienced in Equity Accounting (ASC 718)
  -Intercompany Reconciliations & internal/external audit management.
  -CA / CPA with 7-10 years of experience working with corporate accounting teams.
