- Role: Funding Manager, Treasury Centre India (captive treasury centre for the 3 Mercedes-Benz entities in India: 1x Industrial OEM, 1x NBFC, 1x R&D/IT Hub)

Job Objectives:
1. Managing relationships with banks, lenders and other key players of money/debt markets
2. Ensuring funding/ALM compliance – Plan, strategize and optimize funding plan as per HQ and local ALM guidelines
3. Monitor market conditions for Money Market and Capital Market issuances
4. Sourcing and negotiation for short and long term funding requirements
5. Managing treasury investment portfolio with banks and money market investments
6. Liaise with Credit Rating Agencies for rating reviews and periodic information requests
7. Execution of Cross-border equity and dividend measures
8. Feasibility analysis and evaluation of new funding instruments
9. Cash Flow analysis for strategic funding initiatives and Interest result planning
10. Monitoring and adherence to regulatory and internal compliances
11. MIS reporting to local entity CEOs and CFOs
