Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable (AP):
- Review and process invoices, provide resolutions, and release invoices for payment.
- Demonstrate understanding of basic Accounts Payable processes such as 3-way match, PO, NON-PO, GRN, etc.
- Experience in PO, non-PO, and utilities invoice processing.
- Experience in invoice auditing and payment processing.
- Experience in using ERP systems like SAP/Navision for processing.
Cash Applications/Collections:
- Post payments from various lockboxes to customer accounts.
- Research and resolve aged unidentified and unapplied cash receipts, ensuring accurate posting to customer accounts.
- Collect delinquent amounts from customers over the phone or obtain payment promises.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in commerce (B.Com/CMA/CS).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the accounting domain.
- Note: Qualified CAs are not being considered at the moment.
Documents to Carry:
- 3 copies of updated resume.
- 3 passport size photographs.
- Original Aadhar card and 2 copies of Aadhar card.
- Payslip (if applicable).
