🧾 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end Record to Report activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Maintain and validate general ledger accounts for multiple clients
- Ensure accurate month-end and year-end closing
- Support internal controls and SOX compliance
- Prepare and deliver financial reports as per SLA
- Investigate discrepancies, perform root cause analysis
- Liaise with clients, resolve queries, and support audit processes
- Drive process improvement initiatives
✅ Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/BBA/BMS)
- 2–5 years of experience in R2R/General Ledger within BPO/Shared Services
- Sound knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and internal financial controls
- Hands-on experience in SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems
- Proficient in MS Excel for financial analysis and reporting
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and time management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
