🎯 Designation Levels Based on Experience:

• Officer Sales I: 0 – 1 year (Sales experience in any industry)
• Officer Sales II: 1 – 2 years (Sales experience in any industry)
• Assistant Manager Sales: 2+ years (Experience in CASA/BFSI/Banking preferred)

💼 Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Drive new customer acquisition for CASA (Current Account & Savings Account).
• Conduct offsite marketing activities and travel locally for business development.
• Promote bank’s products and third-party financial services.
• Cross-sell banking products to existing customers.
• Maintain accurate customer data and daily updates in CRM systems.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal guidelines.
• Complete mandatory certifications like AMFI, EUIN, and internal learning programs.
• Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the bank.

🧩 Candidate Expectations:

• Preferred candidates with banking or BFSI sales experience.
• Should have a 2-wheeler and valid driving license.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and ready to take on field responsibilities.
• Passionate about financial sales and customer engagement.
