📝 Job Description
As a Finance Specialist, you’ll support the Group Controlling team in executing monthly, quarterly, and annual finance activities with a focus on risk, internal controls, and compliance. Key responsibilities include:

Conducting walk-throughs and testing design/effectiveness of internal controls (SOX, ICFR).

Assisting in risk assessments, control framework development, and policy compliance.

Collaborating with internal audit to resolve findings and implement improvements.
-
Supporting access management and recertification processes for finance systems.
-
Preparing leadership reports and presentations on risk and compliance themes.
-
Engaging in finance transformation projects and technical accounting research.
-
Acting as a liaison between finance and cross-functional teams (e.g., Tax, Legal, Treasury).
✅ Preferred Candidate Profile

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory

Experience: 7+ years in controls testing, SOX/ICFR, or financial compliance

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of US GAAP / IFRS

Experience with SAP S/4 HANA, AuditBoard – a plus

Knowledge in policy creation, compliance testing, and accounting best practices
