Job Description/Skills Required
- Finalization of world-wide tax provision for the consolidated US GAAP financials statements, preparation of profit split computations for global transfer pricing (including preparing the US GAAP entity results, consolidation, audit schedules, TP invoicing support etc.), and estimations for quarterly reporting and tax provision true ups.
- Reviewing the process of compilation of book to tax differences for all firm entities for deferred and current tax computations. This includes review of tax returns and coordination with various tax experts, office finance teams and advisors in certain countries.
- Handling the US statutory audit process related to global tax provision, agreed upon procedures for profit split calculations, documentation of processes followed, and work performed, and other tax accounting related tasks as assigned on a time-to-time basis.
