Roles and Responsibilities

• Accurate Scheme calculation / all kind of claim settlement for all channels
• Visibility and claims tracking: TOT, PROMO, Sell out / Support / Visibility
• Comprehensive data integrity checks and robust algorithms to calculate claims correctly.
• Process invoices for multiple international subsidiaries, ensure that all invoices are correctly billed, coded, and accurately calculated.
• Prepare invoice billing runs for review and processing.
• Review all invoices for appropriate PO documentation and approval prior to payment.
• Developing Integrated approval workflows to expedite claim approval and settlement.
• Team Management
• Good communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Client-focused with a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Advance Excel (VLOOKUP, H LOOKUP, COUNTIF, SUMIF, If functions, formulas)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner.
