(MITC) has been set up as an independent government corporation wholly owned by the State government of Maharashtra vide Government Resolution no. DIT – 1716 / C. No. 286/39, dated 9 August 2016. It is registered under Company Act, 2013 on 6 October 2016.
MITC is contemplated to act as the nodal agency of Government of Maharashtra to bolster efficient and effective implementation of ICT initiatives and to establish a robust e-Governance eco-system framework.
