L&T Realty is hiring for CA Industrial Trainee to work with the Fund Management Division.
Roles and responsibilities:
1. Financial Modelling and valuation analysis for potential real estate investments.
2. Assisting in Deal Evaluation
3. Validating the assumptions through market data & information.
Criteria:
1. Should have excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel).
2. Should have required maximum 2 attempts to clear CA Intermediate.
3. Should be ready to relocate to Mumbai.
Location: Powai, Mumbai
Stipend: 20,000/- per month
