- Partnering with business in driving profitable growth and margin efficiencies
- Owning the end-to-end RTMwise profitability report by providing timely inputs for preparation and validating system output
- Analyzing key movements across RTMs, providing actionable inputs to business team and driving time bound action plan
- Managing vertical wise trade spends – monitoring against budget, proactively identifying deviations and aligning spends with business teams
- Managing all expenses related to the segment – planning, monitoring, analyzing variances and driving cost saving initiatives
- ROI analysis of key expenses like marketing cost, sales support cost, etc
- Monitoring retail investments against available budgets, analyzing and driving efficiencies
- Proactively identifying gaps and taking corrective actions by implementing strong processes and financial controls
- Assisting Finance Controller in preparation of monthly business case
