Job Description/Skills Required
- Prepare US Corporate Federal Income Tax Returns-1120 and 1120PC
- Prepare US State Income Tax Return, State estimates and extensions
- Work on legal entity GAAP and Statutory tax provisions
- Preparation of US International Tax Returns including Form 5471s and supporting statements
- Communicate with US team members as per agreed terms with Business
- Demonstrate knowledge of GAAP and STAT accounting principles
- Demonstrates expertise on tax concepts (Current and deferred tax, effective tax rate, etc..)
- Demonstrate knowledge on applicable US Tax Regulations
- Demonstrate proficiency in the use of applicable software including Excel, Word, ONESOURCE, PeopleSoft etc.
