- Work with the data team and cross functional teams to design comprehensive creator journeys
- Strategise and execute organic growth initiatives at scale using techniques of database marketing and CRM marketing. You will design experiments, develop campaign strategy, and drive execution of the campaign through to completion
- the campaign will be delivered to existing Instagram creators through channels like email and in-product placements
- Have a desire to test and learn, be well versed in A-B testing methodologies and incrementality analysis
- Investigate and test new channels. Be flexible and optimise channels on the fly based on performance while keeping test design intact
- Partner with our Analytics team to measure the impact of each campaign and develop ways to scale
- Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, legal, analytics and creative to meet ambitious growth targets
