Job Description/Skills Required
- Load planning (Truck/ Rail Container Type decision )- Truck type ( Capacity – Payload and Volume) will be decided based on dispatch plan ( Specific SKU, quantity allocation to Location) Truck /Rail Container Indents to the contractual transporter , Follow up and to ensure placements at Plant and Charging Units. Truck requisition (TR/TO)- Purchase request and Purchase order creation/Release SAP Shipment Creation/Service Entry- Exposure on SAP Truck /Rail Container arrangement ; Truck quality guidelines adherence Truck /Rail Container loading FG FIFO Adherence (While truck loading) E-Way bill generation Truck release LR and Freight bill receipt LR and Freight bill verification- Freight bill checking ,Process freight bills through SAP. Initiate Claim process- Coordinate with the transporters for relevant documents, LR, FIR etc. Coordination with cross functional teams Transporter performance evaluation
