Job Description/Skills Required
- Processing of vendor invoices within 3 days of receipt of valid invoice.
- Ensuring the correctness of invoices before processing the invoices such as Approval / PO & Contract and checking GST / TDS related compliances.
- Suppliers query resolution.
- Prepare timely and accurate MIS for management.
- Ensuring all the required documents related to foreign suppliers are collected and validated before making the foreign remittance.
