JOB PURPOSE – Preparation/ Consolidation of periodical MIS Reports and business performance analysis documents to support senior leadership in decision-making by highlighting key achievements/areas of concerns & suggesting areas of improvement.
Supporting Actions
Preparation and consolidation of periodical MIS reportsMonitoring performance of respective businesses through monthly/ quarterly reports, highlighting key achievements & areas of concerns, & suggesting areas of improvement. Preparation of Quarterly Investor/Board Presentation and Board Notes capturing relevant insights for the stakeholders.
Tracking external environmentClosely tracking target industry, competitor news and macro-economic indicators to understand its implication on our respective businesses. Analysis of financial results of competitors and benchmarking business performance. Identify gaps/scope for improvement and provide suitable recommendations for leadership team.
Digital InitiativesAutomation of MIS reports and timely updation oof Business Performance Dashboards by utilising digital tools (like Power BI, Qlikview etc). Responsible for maintaining documents library (Chairman approval notes on capex/quarterly performance/P&B documents, business presentations, BRC related documents, financials models etc) of respective businesses through a digital platform.
Business planning, strategy planningAssisting business head’s office in strategic initiatives and financial implications, preparation of Pre-P&B notes to the Chairman and finalization of P&B deck of respective businesses.
