Job Description/Skills Required
1. Entering tax invoice in ERP for each & every sale made through e-commerce channels
2. Booking of payments received from e-commerce channels and adjusting & reconciling the same against sales made
3. Following up for missing/ balance payment from e-commerce channels against sales made
4. Ensuring timely refunds to customers for order cancelled through brand.com under strict timeline & SLA
5. Monthly sales MIS of all e-commerce channels having no of pcs sold, product type, selling price, discount given, collection received, sales return, etc
6. Making entries of logistics, outward freight, sales commission against each sale invoice
7. Raising SPF & following up with e-commerce channels against each defective and bad inventory return by e-commerce channels
8. Stock reconciliation of online goods sold
