Job Description/Skills Required

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER / ENGINEER CIVIL / MECHANICAL

You should have 5 to 15 years experience in the construction industry. Experience in large water related projects will be added advantage. Candidate is expected to be familiar with planning and costing with a proven track record in execution / erection in water supply and water treatment projects, sewerage projects, desalination projects & non-revenue water. The candidate will have end-to-end responsibility for progress, cost, safety, quality & timely completion of the project.

PLANNING ENGINEER / MANAGER

Full-time Graduate or Diploma Engineer with 5 to 15 years’ experience in project planning/ scheduling, billing, and costing. Should have completed at least one project as a Planning in-charge/Planning Engineer. Should be conversant with project planning and management tools like Primavera P6; MS Project etc.

PROJECT – IR & ADMIN EXECUTIVE / MANAGER

You should have 10-20 years experience in Construction projects- IR & Administration activities. You must have strong experience in labour law, applying labour license, handling contractors, sub-contractors and union matters, BOCW Act; Statutory Compliance; Labour registration; inter-state Migration and other applicable acts of construction industry.

PROJECT STORES EXECUTIVE / MANAGER

You should have 10-20 yrs. experience in Construction projects- Stores activities. You must have strong experience in handling the entire stores function of Project site including inventory control and preparation of Stores MIS.

PROJECT ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE / MANAGER

You should have 15 – 20 yrs. experience in Construction projects. You must have experience in Cost analysis, Inventory reconciliation and reporting, Commercial documentation, Accounting of Supplier Subcontractor bills, Wages, Cash, Provision, MIS and Ledger reconciliation.

HYDRAULIC DESIGN ENGINEERS

Full-time Graduate / Postgraduate in Civil / Mechanical Engineering with 3 to 12 years’ experience in design in Water supply system, Irrigation, Sewerage collection & Storm Water Drainage. knowledge and working experience in the design of pumping system, rising main, pump head calculation, pipe thickness design, surge analysis and pipeline distribution network for MS/DI & HDPE pipes. Hands on experience in preparation of Pump House GA drawings, Pumping station layouts, vendor evaluation for major electro-mechanical equipment like Pump & motors, Valves, Cranes Gates, trash racks etc & analytical softwares (Water Gems, Sewer gems, EPANET, Water CAD, Sewer CAD, Storm CAD, Water Hammer, KY Pipe etc.) is compulsory. Familiarity and application of IS codes, American, British, European codes of practices, HIS, CPHEEO Manual and standards.

CIVIL/STRUCTURAL DESIGN ENGINEERS

Full-time Postgraduate in Civil / Structural Engineering with 3 to 15 years’ experience in design & engineering of Water Retaining structures & Water Treatment structures, Process buildings, Pump houses, RC Sumps, Thrust blocks, steel tank foundations, Steel structures like Piperacks, Sheds, Cable galleries etc.

MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER PIPING | ROTARY | STATIC | HVAC | MATERIAL

Full-time Graduate / Postgraduate in Mechanical Engineering with 3 to 15 years’ experience in PIPING/ROTARY/STATIC/HVAC/FIRE FIRGHTING Design and Detail Engineering of Industrial Projects, Water Supply & Treatment projects with exposure to various codes and standards like IS, AWWA, IWWA, ASME, ANSI, BS, HIS, CPHEEO Manual, ISO, DIN etc. Knowledge of tanks, pressure vessels will be added advantage.

PROCESS DESIGN ENGINEERS

Full-time Graduate / Postgraduate in Chemical / Environmental engineering with 5 to 15 years’ experience in Process design & engineering related to Industrial & Waste Water Treatment Systems, RO and Desalination water systems.

ELECTRICAL DESIGN ENGINEERS

Full-time Graduate / Postgraduate in Electrical Engineering with 3 to 12 years’ experience in design of Electrical Systems & Equipment for Industrial Projects, Water Supply & Treatment projects. Experience in design of Transmission lines will be an added advantage.
