🎓 Qualification:

• UG: B.E./B.Tech (Any Specialization)

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project planning & scheduling using tools like JIRA, SAP, and MS Project
• Manage resource planning, effort forecasting, and workload balancing across teams
• Support cost estimation, actuals reconciliation, and project governance
• Collaborate with Project/Program/Resource Managers for milestone tracking
• Drive planning meetings, monitor risks, and propose mitigation strategies
• Maintain up-to-date planning sheets and ensure tool-based data transparency
• Coordinate SAP demand updates in line with booking strategies

🎯 Skills & Competencies:

• Strong experience in project scheduling & resource planning
• Proficiency in JIRA, SAP, MS Project, and Excel-based planning tools
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
• Analytical thinking to identify inefficiencies and resolve constraints
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Experience in engineering/construction project environments is preferred
