📝 Key Responsibilities:

• Initiating business in new villages
• Sourcing and onboarding clients
• Disbursement of group loans
• Collecting current dues and follow-ups
• Recovery of overdue payments

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)
• Willing to work in field sales and collections
• Must own a two-wheeler with Driving License or LLR
• Ready to start the workday by 6:30 AM
• Age: 18 to 30 years

💰 Salary & Perks:

• CTC: ₹2 – ₹3 LPA (up to ₹20,000/month)
• Incentives: Up to ₹40,000/month
• Petrol Allowance Provided
