Job Description/Skills Required

• Managing Teams handling vendor bill processing of various ICs, TDS activity of all group companies, Statutory payments like GST, Profession tax, ESIC, custom duty etc., Filing TDS returns, clearing of all TDS notices and preparing Tax audit reports, MIS reports, Banking operations and monitoring regular SSC-Operations, process improvements etc.

1. AP vendor payout activity – ensure no errors, excess / wrong payments
2. Co-ordinating with units F&A, SCM and IT teams.
3. Coordinate with the Internal & External Auditors & ensured no Audit Observations
4. Identify and implement process improvements and increase productivity

• Vendor bill Processing and Payments :

1. Monitoring of vendor bill processing of both domestic and import for L&T group companies and payment within due dates.
2. Maintaining and upkeep of processing teams. Understanding and providing necessary training to the teams.
3. Process study, improvements and Adhering to ISO standards. 
4. Co-ordinating with audit teams & providing evidence with explanations for ICFR requirements.
5. Ensure Internal control & statutory compliance.
6. Automation and Digitization.  

• Tax compliance :
• 1. TDS activity of all group companies
• 2. Statutory payments like GST, Profession tax, ESIC, custom duty etc., 
• 3. Filing TDS returns
• 4. clearing of all TDS notices 
• 5. preparing Tax audit reports,
• Reporting :

1. Monthly reporting and MIS.

• Relationship and process improvements

1. Monitoring regular SSC- Operations
2. Interacting with Customers on regular basis.
3. Expansion of SSC Operations and standardization
4. Digitization projects and automation.
