Job Description/Skills Required
- Review, Draft and Negotiate Various Commercial Contracts to engage with domestic and international parties, including, Teaming Agreements, Master Service Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, License Agreements, Supplier Agreements, Channel Partner Agreements, End User License Agreements and Technology Transfer Agreements.
- Experience in reviewing RFPs, and other tender documents of the MOD in line with the DAP-2020, PPO-2017, etc., to highlight the risks and key compliances to business units and correspondingly collaborate with the business teams for obtaining clarifications on, and suggesting appropriate changes to tender terms, for mitigating risks.
- Draft and negotiate R&D MoUs and Contracts with Academic Institutes, startups, DRDO labs and the various Public Sector Units.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team for large projects, to make appropriate project specific contract templates to mitigate risks and ensure compliance to the Customer Contract through the supply chain.
- Draft Consortium Agreements, JV Agreements for specific projects, with a focus on compliance with the customer contract while ensuring division of risk between the members of the Consortium/JV.
- Actively collaborate with and support the various internal departments like Finance, Sales, Marketing, IT and HR for addressing legal queries and Support internal teams for ensuring adherence to applicable statutory compliances and matters pertaining to Labour Laws.
